We’re Wilbur and Ashley - a husband and wife, parents, hard workers, and the people behind every animal we raise. Circle RB was born from a simple conviction: we want to build something that lasts. Something that provides for the next generations of our family while also providing exceptional nourishment for yours.
For us, this is about far more than cattle. It’s about stewardship, hard work, family, and caring well for what has been entrusted to us.
We are a Northern Colorado based operation raising Akaüshi Wagyu and Angus beef; serving the Northern Colorado Front Range and Central Illinois regions. We are whole heartedly committed to quality, intentional care, and doing things the right way - even when no one is watching.
We believe you shouldn’t just know how your food was raised. You should know who raised it. You should know the people behind the brand - their values, their work ethic, their commitment, and the way they care for what they’ve been entrusted with.
Because knowing where your food comes from matters.
And knowing who is behind it matters just as much.
Behind every animal we raise are long days, hard decisions, fervent prayers, setbacks, victories, and a whole lot of care. We’re building this circle one animal, one season, and one relationship at a time.
Our way is simple: care for cattle with passion. We believe what is raised well ultimately provides well.
We aren’t two people behind a “Wizard of Oz” curtain asking you to buy beef from us. We’re right here.
